How to Deal With Players in Picking Draft?

Many players really love to pick a carry type hero in every draft but seemingly within a draft, we need two major hero position, such as a Carry or Support. Since, we are practicing "Being a better Player of Dota 2",we need to adjust and pick the right position for your team that will lead to your victory within a game.

In addition, while picking heroes, you should not only pick a hero based on its position that is appropriate for your current team's draft; most likely in the game modes All Pick and Ranked Game, if you aren't the one who's picking a hero first, and it so happens that your team demands or suggests you to pick an Offlane or Support hero, then you should strategize on what hero of these positions will be a counter-pick for your enemies' heroes.
